Dinner at the Big Table
Maybe you've taken a class at the bakery. Maybe you've come in on a Saturday morning and ordered at the counter.
Or maybe you've watched the photos go by online and thought, someday...
I've been wanting to do something different — something closer to what I used to do in Paris, where I'd cook for you and we all sit down together and just... talk.
So I'm doing it.
Saturday, April 11th, 6 to 9 PM
at Belleville Bakery
217 College Street, Burlington, VT 05401
The big table seats 12 (that's 11 guests + me).
I cook, you arrive, we eat together.
Cheddar crackers and tequila red pepper jelly
Cream of mushroom soup with garlic parmesan pull-apart (monkey) bread
Your choice of roast vegetable lasagna with tomato and homemade ricotta or bacon-wrapped stuffed pork tenderloin
Fennel salad
Lemon poppyseed cake with warm lemon syrup and crème fraîche
Drinks, homemade cucumber lime cocktail, and rosemary lemonade (NA).
$125 a person. Eleven seats only.
Come solo, come with someone — either way you'll leave knowing people.
